With the self-check-in, even the arrival will be relaxed. There is no need to register at the reception and you can start your holiday with no time pressure and with your own timings. A few days before your arrival, you will receive all the information about how you will get to the apartment, the contactless check-in and the key safe. No impatient children, no annoying waiting - instead: immediate holiday happiness and the complete freedom you deserve.

Relaxed and smooth - all the information you need for your holiday:
- Restaurants, cafés and huts are in the immediate proximity: Pizzeria “Grogg” (1 min.), Restaurant “Waldheim”, Restaurant “Zufritt”, Restaurant “zum See” (5 min. each) and a supermarket (10 min.).
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is only allowed on the balcony and in the garden.
- The prices are for two persons, each additional person costs 35 euros per day, children under four years don’t pay.
- There can be a maximum of 6 people in each flat.
- The visitor's tax is 3.00 euros per person per day.
It is a pity that you cannot leave for your well-deserved holiday. But we understand that unexpected events can come up. Please let us know in time so others have the chance to book the apartment. Cancellation fees are calculated according to Italian guest accommodation law:
- 40 days before arrival: free of charge
- 39 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
- 7 days before arrival, no-show or early departure: 100 % of the total amount.
- Deposits already made will be converted into a value voucher and can be redeemed on the desired date.
The apartments (ground floor or first floor, have access to a garden where you will find a seating area, a barbecue, a sunbathing lawn and a playground. Through the tasteful old wood nature is brought directly into the apartments.

The Martell Valley has never been as fascinating. Unspoilt, between the Zufritt reservoir and the wild peaks of the Ortler ridge you will find numerous possibilities for sports and adventures: hiking, mountain- and e-biking, scrambling on the Murmeleklettersteig and high alpine mountain tours - everything is possible.
In winter, when the Martell Valley is covered in vast blankets of snow with billions of tiny crystals glistening in the sun, your heart will skip a beat at the sight of this beauty. "Out into the open", is the motto. For snowshoeing, ski touring and cross-country skiing. And the highlight is: the Martell biathlon centre is only 50 metres away.
Enjoy all the freedom you need to discover the region's culinary delights. A small culinary welcome greeting awaits you on arrival. To start the day full of energy, pick up fresh pastries and various treats at the nearby bakery and grocery shop. A variety of restaurants serve Mediterranean cuisine and traditional delicacies.
